Pesto Pull Apart Bread

One thing I have always been amazed by is pull apart bread. I find it remarkable that every little piece can pop off so easily and still be cooked perfectly on the inside. And since I am obsessed with pesto I had to try out this Pesto Pull Apart Bread.

Throughout this process, I had so much fun making my dough and I loved how all of the delicious aromas filled up the kitchen. I had never made bread dough before but the process was pretty simple. I really enjoyed filling each disc with pesto and cheese to make little dough tacos.

I was worried my bread was going to come out dry but it had the perfect fluffy texture and the cheese was perfectly melted on the inside. We all decided it reminded us of brioche bread because the outside shell had the slightest bit of crunch even while the inside was so soft.

While my bread didn’t pull apart super easily, it was still a big hit and delicious. If you love pesto as much as I do, then try out this recipe!
